Fresh GLUU server 2.4.4.2. install on Ubuntu 16.04 can't create users via OXTRust GUI!

Installed Gluu server 2.4.4.2 on Ubuntu Server 16.04 as per instruction: https://gluu.org/docs/deployment/ubuntu-xenial/ After succesfull installation no users can be added via the interface - it gives system error, contact GLUU administrator.

Hi, Gerald. I was able to reproduce the issue. [Report](https://github.com/GluuFederation/oxTrust/issues/447) is created on github, you can monitor its status there. Thank you for reporting it to us.
