UMA service problem

Hello I want to try to** UMA sevices** but I am seeing errors. How I can fix these problems? First of all I logined and entered parameters for **API**. Then I used **code** for get **access_token**. Then I used this **access_token** for get **ticket**. I took ticket for UMA resources and use this ticket for get access token. Then I sent request for SCIM Access but I was seeing this error { "error": "access_denied", "error_description": "The resource owner or AM server denied the request." } I have enabled SCIM Support and add UMA_RPT_policy. I tested a lot of case for solve this error. I used GLUU 3.1.3 but I had same error. So I installed GLUU 3.1.2 but I have same error again. Please help me. If you want to see all requests and responses I can upload here for you.

When I use SCIM resource I getting error again. So I created new resource and I think I can't get error. Because I have access this resource I created. Also I don't use your library. Could you suggest another way for solve?
