How to create a form outside the Gluu Server for the users CRUD management?

Is there any possibility to create an own login/register/update form for users, outside the Gluu Server?? What I mean is that I want to create a form in my different clients and to sent that user's data to the Gluu Server.

create your forms, validate, and then use SCIM API (/User endpoint) to add account.
