Hi, I installed the Gluu 4.4 server successfully and able to access to the oxTrust Dashboard with the admin credential. But when I try to login to Casa, it shows error and asks for the two-factor authentication enabling as this screenshot: ![](https://i.imgur.com/ipQnAIn.png). I enabled otp, super_gluu, fido2 in oxTrust>Configuration>Person Authentication Scripts but the issue still wasn't fixed. I added a new person/user from oxTrust and use that user credential to login into Casa but the same issue happens. Can someone help me on this issue? Thank you in advance. Luthor.

Hi Mohit, Thank you for your response. I tried to follow that and faced issue as below: The Casa Admin account is admin. I created a new file and named it touch.administrable. I ran the commands: 1. chown casa:casa .administrable => it returns: chown: invalid user: ‘casa:casa’ 2. chown casa:casa touch.administrable => it returns: chown: invalid user: ‘casa:casa’ 3. chown admin:casa touch.administrable => it returns: chown: invalid user: ‘casa:casa’ 4. chown admin:casa .administrable => it returns: chown: invalid user: ‘casa:casa’ I'm assuming there is a mistype in the instructions. Can you please check that? Thank you and best regards. Luthor.

I think there is no need for chown commands in your case. As the document mentions, this is only for FIPS

Hi Jose, Thank you. I even tried skip the chown step also. But after logging out then logging in the admin account, it still show the same error message. Do you think I need to do any extra step from the oxTrust Dashboard to enable the 2FA for the admin account? Regards.

Hello luthor, > The Casa Admin account is admin. I created a new file and named it touch.administrable. did you name the file ``` touch.administrable ``` ? if yes then correct procedure is to create a file ``` .administrable ``` and then run the command ``` touch ``` for ``` .administrable ``` . Regards Mohit Mali
