Invalid Error Message when user is inactive

Hi Team, Normally when the user is entering invalid credentials, GLUU is throwing `Failed to authenticate.` as a error message. When the user is in locked state also getting the same error message. Isn't GLUU supposed to send error message as `User is Locked` or something like this?
