Incorrect username or password

Hi all, After a fresh installation I'm not able to connect to the gluu admin UI. I've the "Incorrect username or password" on the protecode SC login page. I'm using "admin" username (default) and the password set during the installation. I don't know where to find relevant logs in order to understand what happened. Any idea for me please? Thanks for your help

Hi Hugo, Which type of Gluu Server version you are using? It is Deb or rpm?

Thanks. Ubuntu 16 or 14? I can see you didn't specify the OS while opening ticket. In any case... please check oxauth.log for indication. And feel free to search this knowledge base for same situation. I remember people used to get this and we tried to give solution.

Oh Sorry, I thought I already shared all these details. The version is 16. BTW, I already explored the knowledge base and this is because I didn't find any proper solution to my problem. I'll try a fresh install and check the oxauth.log file. I'll let you know as soon as possible. Thank you very much

I tried again. I cleaned all the logs from /opt/gluu/jetty/oxauth/logs. I stopped and restart the server and explored the logs. The problem is the logs files are not filled in case of issue while attempting to log into gluu server. Am I looking on the right folder? I explored other folder (identity ,oxauth-rp) but no logs are updated. Does anyone know where to explore? Thanks for your help

Logs should be always there if your services ( oxauth, identity, apache2, idp ) are running. 'oxauth.log' ( location: correct ) is the only log which collect information of initial login. Another thought, if you use any special character in your password; please remove that and try again.
