Attributes Released - Issue

Hello Team We are seeing that attributes are not getting released for any user except admin user. We have configured Trust Relationship and works for multiple apps but only with admin user and none other. What can be error?

That's interesting, never seen such issue. However I would compare admin vs. other_user's info ( ldap entries, attributes, objectClasses etc ) in this case.

They are exactly same, I am using 3.0.2 version. I created users using Gluu UI and they are failing to send attributes. Thanks

Can't tell much without log. 3.0.2 is in our customer's production already.. no issue with that. Must be something with your setup / something is messed up somewhere.

What logs you will need? and how do i share that with you?

Thanks Bill. Just need the log files we need to upload. Can you please let us know Also FYI. Gluu 3.0.1 works just fine and we are doing that till this issue is fixed.

oxauth.log... Here is what you can do: - Tail oxauth.log... login as admin in oxTrust. - Tail oxauth.log .. login as another user in oxTrust. - Compare the difference

No logs being generated for IDP transactions I am using below URL https://<hostname>idp/profile/SAML2/Unsolicited/SSO?providerId=<entity_id>

If there is a LOG IN screen, if user login; log will definitely generate.
