2017-08-25 04:44:17,030 INFO [qtp242131142-14] [org.xdi.oxauth.auth.Authenticator] (Authenticator.java:155) - Authentication failed for 'username' backend server are configured and able to cache users from active directory. Can see users in gluu. Whenever trying to login using user, not able to authenticate.

Remember that cache refresh does not sync passwords. You still need to goto manage authentication and provide creds for your backend AD server.

Hi, Abhishek. Please provide screenshots of all your Cache Refresh web UI pages with all the settings, as well as settings on "Manage authentication" page. Could you also refer me to doc pages your were following when trying to configure it?
