authentication issues

Hi, i configured cache refresh and added users, and validated in manage Authentication like this server:port --> th2060.thbs.india.com:1636 Base DN--> ou=people,o=gluu and then updated and logged out. when i m trying to login with created user i m not able to login and with admin also i m not able to login. please help me out. Venkat - Please check oxauth logs, and oxtrust logs. It seems you misconfigured "Managed Authentication". You can revert the authentication directly from backend GLUU LDAP or use Jxplorer tool.

your basedn looks wrong. this would be the Base DN of your backend server

Hi Michael, In manage authentication server:port : localhost:1636 is coming by default. i installed gluu server on centos 7 in putty, mine is windows. added users and when i am tring to connect ldap://localhost:1636 from my browser . i searched with created username and mailid, i m getting "the specified directory service could notbe reached". pls help me out
