Custom SMS provider and OTP on email

Hi, I have a case where I need to send the OTP via email as well as mobile. Was looking some help in writing a script for sending OTP via email as well as SMS. Also I would like to use my own SMS provider for sending out SMS. Is there a way or some script which I can use to solve my use case?
