I setup my Gluu Server to enable SCIM for API request, and it works perfectly when I register users from clients like, for example, WordPress and even son mobile apps like Android and iOS, but I realize that my apps work only when I'm connected with some WiFi connections and it doesn't work with mobile data from mobile devices with native apps. When I use mobile data, this is the answer I get:

403 Forbidden

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /identity/restv1/scim/v2/Users on this server.

Apache/2.4.18 (Ubuntu) Server at auth.tergar.org Port 443

Do you have any idea about what's going on?? Thank you...
