set email as primary key

I am trying to set email as primary key so user can login using email instead username. I followed same instruction mentioned in document [https://gluu.org/docs/ce/4.0/operation/faq/#request-email-instead-of-username-for-login]. Gluu is not allowing to login using email, While it's allowing to login using username. Please find attached screenshot. I changed authentication from cast to auth_ldap_server but still same issue exist. I am getting 'Failed to authenticate.' error.

Can you please share `ou=configuration,o=gluu` from your Gluu Server's ldap?

How Can I get that information. Do I need to connect through ldap browser? Or Is there any simple way to check, because I never got luck to conect using ldap browser. Thank you

Yes, you need to connect / talk to your ldap server. Check how to connect with ldap browser [here](https://www.gluu.org/docs/ce/4.0/user-management/local-user-management/#manage-data-in-gluu-ldap). If you want to move with ldap raw commands, there are bunch of sites which showing ldap commands and example in OpenDJ / WrenDS.
