https://support.gluu.org/docs/user-guide/how-to-ask/ Check your twilio [script](https://www.gluu.org/docs/gluu-server/authn-guide/sms-otp/#properties) was parameterized correctly. At startup your casa.log will show hints about twilio initialization.

After updating the scripts now I get the following error when we try to add Mobile phone number. https://test1.gluu.sennovate.net/casa/user/twilio-phone-detail.zul Casa UI says : Error Occured and the casa.log shows the following error message ERROR [qtp384294141-18] plugins.authnmethod.service.TwilioMobilePhoneService TwilioMobilePhoneService.java:85- No message was sent, error was: nul[] Your help is much appreciated.
