Self Registration on Gluu

Hello, After following the documentation on the URL below for self registration but on putting my browser to https://<hostname>/identity/register , I still get error 404 page not found. Please what could have been getting wrong. https://gluu.org/docs/gluu-server/4.0/user-management/user-registration/ Thank you in advance for prompt response.

Hi Oluseyi Adelegan, Can you please check `oxtrust_script.log`? Also change the `logginglevel` to `DEBUG` in `oxtrust` configuration. Regards ~ Shakil

Hello Shakil, Thank you for the response, I have changed the logginglevel to DEBUG. On checking the oxtrust_script.log. I got the content below and I am still gettting the error 404 page ; 2021-07-26 05:28:04,376 INFO [qtp831236296-17] [org.gluu.service.PythonService$PythonLoggerOutputStream] (PythonService.java:243) - RPT Policy. Authorizing ... I will be looking forward for your prompt response. Thank you.

Opps, did you try to use the url without `.htm` extension? The correct url should be: [https://<hostname>/identity/register.htm](https://<hostname>/identity/register.htm) This is the doc for gluu 4.2: https://gluu.org/docs/gluu-server/4.2/user-management/user-registration/ Thanks & Regards ~ Shakil
