Is it possible to only add new users from an external identity provider instead of updating and adding all of them?

Each time cache refresh runs, It pulls users from backend and updates into gluu ldap service. Please, have a look into the documentation: https://gluu.org/docs/gluu-server/4.2/user-management/ldap-sync/
