Can't connect to AD server

Having some difficulty trying to connect our Virtual Window AD server to our Gluu-server which is hosted on Ubuntu (Via LDAP). We configured cache refresh according to the video guide on your webpage but this was not succcessful as it return an error message "Failed to connect to LDAP server" Any help?
Gluu 4.3 Ubuntu 20.04

Hi Siaka, Did you check that your Gluu Server VM can reach to the Backend AD server? Regards ~ Shakil

Hello Shakil, Yes i can ping from both machines ( Gluu Server VM and Backend AD server are reaching each other) .

Can you please share **`Cache Refresh`** config you have followed and the logs in **DEBUG** mode?

Finally it works, am able to connect the it to my AD server, was able to import users and change passport etc BUT another PROBLEM, when i attempted to log into back to the Gluu server it indicates "Login failed, OxTrust wasn't allowed to access user data". So i can't access my server anymore. Any idea?
