Hello, I set the cache search, according to the gluu server documentation, only so far it doesn't show any updates. I even performed the user search and no users were found.

Hi rentao santos, Thanks for reaching out gluu support , According to your screenshot during cache refresh run no records is updated that why user is not found during search. This is likely the issue with configuration. can you provide the log's of cache refresh so i can look at it. Thanks and Regards Mohit Mali

Hi renato , I have checked the logs , its look like they have not found any entries on source server that why he not picked up the records to update do the following in order to generate the debug logs for further information. a) Login to oxTrust UI as admin or with an administrator account. b) Navigate to Configuration > JSON Configuration > Cache Provider Configuration c) change logging level field to debug. follow this document https://gluu.org/docs/ce/operation/logs/ then sends the cache referesh logs Thanks and regards Mohit Mali
