ldap connectivity with backend ldap server.

Hi, i have taken a ubuntu instance, already gluu is installed in it(1st machine). Already there is a existing ldap server in the backend(2nd machine), I have given the details of ldap-server(2nd machine) into the gluu-server(1st machine) i have done the changes at cache refresh & it is showing LDAP connectivity is succeeded. but the user's authentications are not available at the gluu-server(1st machine)

Hi sashi bhusan, thank you for reaching out support , I will help you on cache refresh issue, So over the sourceBackend we given the information of servers whose information need to cache and update locally. There is also button know as test LDAP connection , please make sure your connection to ldap server works. Also please let me know which document you are following and also share the screenshot of all the tabs of cache refresh configuration. Thanks and Regards Mohit Mali
