1. the current installation of GLUU (3.1) has an issue where a user's email is case sensitive which causes some issues for users looking to reset their passwords, i just want to confirm if these are still case sensitive on version 4.3?
> No, in gluu 4.x, `uid` and `mail` are case insensitive.

2. Is it possible to change the message displayed when a user account is locked out?
