Is it possible to create a new Resource for SCIM?

In the SCIM2.0 spec, we can extend and add a new resources. I can add extra attributes for the Users but is it possible to add extra attribute for Groups? And then is it possible to create a new resources so that I can access via SCIM? e.g /v2/Companies Thanks
