Failed to get attributes from session

When attempting to access the https://server.example.com/oxauth/login I always receive the error: Failed to authenticate. Authentication session has expired Never even being presented a password dialog. All I have found in the logs is: /opt/tomcat/logs/oxauth.log 2016-07-09 12:01:43,576 ERROR [org.xdi.oxauth.auth.Authenticator] Failed to get attributes from session Any ideas? Thanks -jim
