I tried to configure GLUU for our purposes and we have multiple uid's with same email address in the system currently. But when I try to use the forgot password service from gluu to change the password,it just asks me about the email address. So say I have neha_abc and email as neha.agarwal@pieriandx.com and neha_xyz and email as neha.agarwal@pieriandx.com then when I try to change the password it just takes one input i.e. the email from me and send an email. Though there is no specification about which user it is going to change the password for. Is there any way to provide specification about the user id, or to choose for which user I am planning to change the password for ?

You'll have to check the code. Probably the first one it finds. Password reset features in the Gluu Server are very basic. We are releasing a new user facing application called "Credential Manager" which will have more features for password reset. You may want to write your own password reset feature or find another off the shelf password management solution if this feature is really important to you.

Thank you !! When are you planning to release 'Credential Manager' ?? Will that be a freeware and open source too ?

* Cred Manager Github URL: [https://github.com/GluuFederation/cred-mgr](https://github.com/GluuFederation/cred-mgr) It is slated to be a component in Gluu Server 2.4.5, which is ETA end of Nov. You can try manual deployment until then. This software is very new... but if you were building your own credential management platform, this could be a nice starting point.
