We are adding a page to the Docs under the "Developer" section on how to add a language resource file. Right now, there is some info on how to do that [in this support ticket](https://github.com/GluuFederation/oxAuth/issues/506#issue-223064367)

Hi Michael. I already read that documentation :). But the documentation need to update. Yesterday I tested. When add a new none supported language property file we need add this to `faces-config.xml` manually. Adding this info on `oxTrust` UI does not affect. Also even we add this manually system does not recognize. For example with fresh install `faces-config.xml` has a few language. I added `Turkish` language to `uiLocalesSupported` section on `oxTrust` UI and `ui_locales=tr` parametr to `authorization` url but the login page language does not change. But when I added `ui_locales=es` it works. For this I opened the [ticket](https://support.gluu.org/other/4240/ui_locales-does-not-work-correctly/) and your also opened [issue](https://github.com/GluuFederation/oxTrust/issues/597) about this on github. Both of them closed but bug was not solved

Hi Sakit, The developer who was working on this is unfortunately no longer with us. Do you think you can help us get this functionality working as expected? Otherwise, we are going to have to find another resource to take over, which will take some time to figure out. Thanks in advance, Will
