Updating customization docs respect to the new 3.1.5 version of Gluu server

The customization procedure documented at [Customising public pages](https://gluu.org/docs/ce/operation/custom-design/) seems to be a little dated, at least from the example shown. For example, the login.xhtml page of 3.1.5 is nothing like how it is shown in the sample code. would it be possible to add a little more detail for those of us that don't come from a Java world please?
