4.0 QA: Custom Script Page appends scripts instead of refreshing after save/update

1. Went into custom scripts 2. Made modifications 3. Added a new script 4. Clicked on UMA, which got appended to the list instead of switching tabs

I was able to reproduce this on Firefox. On chrome. I am not even able to click any other tab after I save anything on custom Person Authentication Tab. Informed Gasmyr about [this](https://github.com/GluuFederation/oxTrust/issues/1747) issue. Thanks Pawel for reporting this.
