1. We need a 'Documentation' category so people can report documentation bugs, issues, request features etc. 2.Need to allow an item to be categorized under more than one category (e.g. a documentation issue may belong to both Installation and maintenance, such as my ticket on certificate replacement). If this is too difficult, atleast add a checkbox field that allows one to add tags for issues that cross multiple categories. This way, I can categorize in something that makes sense but also add other keywords / tags
