Get error page

Hi, I'm getting error page when I submit response from time to time. I think I get it in cases if there 2 people who add response to same issue simultaneously. And when second person post message he gets error.

Hi. Same for me and Zico. Grigor is already notified and took some actions; he has asked us to pay attention when we'll be posting anything today and report if this issue will still persist.

Yes, please post here if you get a 404 page on any content submission. Include a link to the ticket, and if possible the approximate time that you experienced the 404. Thanks, Will
