Not able to find the option to select TEST in Protection Mode

We are testing the SCIM integration with our product which also support SCIM. We have refer the document https://gluu.org/docs/gluu-server/4.4/user-management/scim2/#protection-using-test-mode to select the TEST in Protection mode however we are not able to find this option. Can you please let help us to resolve the above issue.
Gluu 4.0 CentOS 8.0

You may need to book a call for meeting. It's better to setup the latest version of gluu server. Please follow this guideline: https://gluu.org/docs/gluu-server/4.4/installation-guide/install-centos/#instructions
