Hi Team, We are using Cassandra Database for users login process in our web application.Now we are going to implement the gluu-server identity authentication. Now i need a clarification from you ,shall we change gluu-server ldap database to our cassandra database for authentication?I have already read directory integration in your docs,but still i doesn't get any clear idea. So if it is possible please explain briefly.

Hi Mohib, Cassandra is not a RDBMS. It is Nosql type Database. is it possible to change ldap to rdbms for authentication?Please explain me about how to implement this.

But the main challenge is pulling user's information from RDBMS with Cache Refresh. We use 'RadiantOne VDS' to do this job for RDBMS, which is not included in community edition. That is included in [Gluu VIP Support](http://www.gluu.org/gluu-server/pricing/) Editions.

Thanks Mohib. Is there any clear document or links for pulling user's information from RDBMS with Cache Refresh using VDS in Community Edition.

VDS software is not included in Community Edition.

But in Configuration-->cache Refresh-->Refresh Method there is an option for VDS and copy Method. is it meant other thing?.

Yeah.. that 'VDS' dropdown is there because it's from oxTrust code ( GUI code ). In order to make that working, we need to install and configure VDS software.
