Hello Can I customize introspection endpoint response? In RFC7662 introspection response could contain scope. Can I have this in Gluu?

I'm not sure exactly how you mean. There is no intercpetion script for the introspection endpoint.

Sorry, I mean in this article https://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-richer-oauth-introspection-04#section-3.3 mentioned that in introspection response could be contain "scope" in response but my gluuserver response does not contain this.

What kind of token are you introspecting? You really need to provide a full description of the issue, your configuration, the request, logs, etc. before we have any chance of helping you.
