enabling self registered user

When a user self registers the account is disabled. "WARN [org.xdi.oxauth.service.AuthenticationService] User 'lightrock' was disabled" 1. I cannot find where to enable the user. 2. How can I have a new user enabled automatically when self registered? There used to be a ticket explaining how to enable a user automatically by modifying a custom script. The old tickets now get 404 errors. 3. How can I have a new user enabled after email validation?? Thanks much!

That worked, thanks! Is there any answer to my 3rd question, How can I have a new user enabled after email validation?? I thought gluu supported that at one point.
