Hi, Jenson. Details you provided are not enough to evaluate the situation. Please read [this article](https://support.gluu.org/docs/user-guide/how-to-ask/) and gather enough data/do an initial troubleshooting yourself. I take it you are talking about Cache Refresh functionality of Gluu? Checking CR's log under `/opt/tomcat/logs` may help too. More on logs [here](https://gluu.org/docs/gluu-defaults/logs/). Best regards, Alex.

Hi Alex, I have configured the same. Now I can able to login to the gluu server with my LDAP user credentials but I am not able to access my admin account. Thanks, Jenson

> Now I can able to login to the gluu server with my LDAP user credentials but I am not able to access my admin account. That's as expected. Without using custom authentication scripts you can authenticate either against backend directory, or Gluu's internal one. So after you configured CR and it pulled your users into Gluu, but before changing your authentication settings, you had to add some user from your backend to "Gluu Manager" group in Gluu, to make him/her a new admin. You can check [this article](https://gluu.org/docs/faq/troubleshooting/#revert-authentication-method) on how to reset authentication settings. Reinstalling is another option.
