I need to change the Primary contact on my membership, as the primary contact has now left the organization. Also a Developer on the team needs to be moved across from their personal account to the main company account - I cannot currently do this as it states the user already exists, how can he delete or deactivate his account.

Hi, Ben. Just to make things clear: you are having those problems with support board's UI? Otherwise please re-phrase your issue's description, it's hard to understand the situation.

Apologies for any confusion. My 1st point - on my OXD Dashboard I have a 'Primary Contact' listed under billing Administrators. This 'Primary Contact' has since left the company, so I need to remove them and add in a new 'Primary Contact'. My 2nd Point - I need to add an additional user to billing Administrators, this user has a separate account on OXD. How can they be added to my (the main company) account? As when I currently try to add them it states the user already exists.
