Hi Team, My SP has multiple users(uid) with same email address, so that they can map these users under multiple organizations, but with the same email id. I'm trying to create two users(uid) with same email id. However, gluu is not allowing me to add. Can you help to fix this? Thanks

Hi, Tejesh. This limitation has been removed in the latest package (3.1.6) already. Please consider upgrading your instance. Otherwise you'll need to manually switch it off in OpenDJ's configuration - and you still won't be able to add users with duplicated emails in web UI anyway, only with CR or custom auth scripts / direct edits to LDAP.

Hi Aliaksandr Samuseu, I have upgraded from 3.1.2 to 3.1.6, but still from Web UI, i'm unable to use email address for different user id. Kindly suggest.

Hi, Tejesh. Please move to "Configuration > JSON Configuration > oxTrust" and look for the "enforceEmailUniqueness" setting at the bottom. Set it to "false" and try again.
