Hello. Recently we have encountered an issue that has happened on two occasions. Seemingly without any reason, our Gluu admin account user would disappear from our LDAP server. The first time this happened we created a new admin user manually and changed the password. Today it happened again, with seemingly no warning. I was wondering if anyone has an ideas on what the issue could be or which logs could possibly point to a reason. Thank you in advance.

Hi, Aleksander. If you have Cache Refresh enabled, please make sure "Keep external persons" feature is enabled in its settings. That's the only reasonable explanation for this behaviour I can come up with at the moment.

Hello. We do not have cache refresh enabled. If we figure out the reasoning I'll keep you posted.
