Password reset not working on Gluu

Dear Support, I have the gluu-server-3.1.7 installed in Ubuntu 18.04. I've activated the password reset option and configured the SMTP server. When I try to reset the password, I receive the email and after clicking the reset link I'm redirected to the reset password page. After enter the new password and click submit I got an error message. After checking the logs I'm able to see: Failed to find entry: oxGuid=null,ou=resetPasswordRequests,o=gluu Can you help me fixing this issue? Thanks in advance. Regards João

Hi João Andrade, Quick note - We officially don't support 3.1.7 on Ubuntu18, Could you please try to test in Ubuntu16 and let us know. meanwhile, I am also testing at my end. Thanks

Hi Sahil, I will test asap and provide feedback. Just a note to say that when I followed the installation procedures for Ubuntu 18, the version 3.1.7 was automatically installed. I did not choose this version.. Thank you for the support. João
