Error 500 when accessing https://gluu-instance/casa/user/otp-detail.zul

Hello, I'm quite new to the gluu ecosystem and at the moment I'm creating a POC with gluu server 4.3 and casa 4.2. The instance is hosted using docker-ce 20.10.10 on top of Ubuntu 20.04.3. I'm getting an error 500 when accessing the OTP management page in casa via: https://gluu-instance/casa/user/otp-detail.zul Expected Behavior: OTP Self Service Management Page should open I could not find any related entries in the log file: /opt/gluu/jetty/casa/logs/casa.log Could you please give me any advice on where I could find further information to investigate the issue? Hi Shakil, thanks for your response. Yes, I have activated the casa admin console. Enabled auth methods in casa are: super_gluu, otp and fido2 In oxTrust I've activated the following person auth scripts: casa, otp, super_gluu and fido2. The default auth method in oxTrust is set to casa. Thanks for Your support, Thomas

Hi Thomas, I just tested and its working fine. Can you please share some screen shots of the error page you are getting on? Please see my attached image file as its working with no issues. Regards ~ Shakil
