Apologies, but I do not know if the Gluu Server Version/OS/OS Version information I supplied is accurate; however, figure that can be sorted out later. We are attempting to install a Gluu 4.1.1 server with an existing database of user accounts we can connect our existing Drupal 8 website/several SAML 2.0 SSO platform integrations. The developer performing the work has been roadblocked as follows: "I've moved the trust relationships, however they aren't showing in the interface. The biggest issue I'm having now is the original DN's id is: @!13A3.08A9.8106.3629!0001!80A5.E1DE and the lab server can't change it's ID, so the users don't show up outside of a direct ldapsearch. Honestly I'm unsure how to get around this. When I imported users, they imported, but once I wanted to actually use them, I couldn't because the original DN's didn't match. I tried to modify them in the export, and that didn't work either." Provided this issue can be solved, we need to understand the steps involved to do so. We look forward to your prompt response!
