I have flow the instruction how to install the gluu server and all other options . at the end the gluu server configuration has been using the internal IP of the EC2 instance . when I try to access from the URL from the public IP it switch the URL to the internal IP. I have changed the /etc/apache2/sites-available/https_gluu.conf and also the /etc/hosts with the public IP and restart the serveries ( also I have restart the server ) but it continue to show the internal IP when I try to type the external IP. I have found out that there are a list of configuration files that need to be update. Is there one place to insert the public IP ?where do I need to change configure the IP?

Gluu Server uses `Internal IP`. You don't need to change that. Try to map the domain name(selected one during installation of gluu server) and public IP in your computer hosts (`/etc/hosts`) file. After then, you must be able to browse your gluu server.

Issue has been resolved . When installing the gluu server one step on the setup is the host name . The certificate name need to be the same as the host name .
