nginx.ingress.kubernetes.io/configuration-snippet annotation cannot be used (CVE-2021-25742)

INSTALLATION FAILED: admission webhook "validate.nginx.ingress.kubernetes.io" denied the request: nginx.ingress.kubernetes.io/configuration-snippet annotation cannot be used. Snippet directives are disabled by the Ingress administrator CVE-2021-25742: https://github.com/kubernetes/ingress-nginx/issues/7837 Is there a way to bypass this without allowing configuration-snippet ?
