Radius support using docker installation

Hi **Is there any way to enable Radius if docker installation is used?** As stated by https://gluu.org/docs/gluu-server/4.4/installation-guide/install-docker/#customizing-installation theres not a SVC_RADIUS option to enable in settings.py However, in https://gluu.org/docs/gluu-server/4.4/installation-guide/setup_py/#setup-prompt it is possible using setup.py (Installing in Ubuntu rather than using containers)

Hi Tan, Post 4.3 we do not support radius in docker or kubernetes setups. Mohammad
