Install blocker: Cannot access RPM through website or yum

The RPM for Gluu (as listed in the official install doc, link below) is currently giving me a 404. Installing via yum fails for the same reason. This is blocking testing the new updates. http://www.gluu.org/docs/admin-guide/installation/centos/
