Microsoft Azure Network COnfig

H, I need Gluu to run in Microsoft Azure. The VM is assigned a public and private IP. I have followed these directions https://github.com/GluuFederation/docs/blob/master/sources/faq/cloud-faq.md During setup.py I set the IP to the internal IP and the external DNS. I changed https_gluu.conf: VirtualHosts to *:80 and *:443 /etc/host: on server and container, adding internal IP DNS When I navigate to the URL, https://077ets.cloudapp.net/ it opens to the tomcat landing page and not the Gluu server login? What am I doing wrong here?
