Unable to login with admin

Hi, I installed the 2.4.1 version of gluu server on ubuntu 14.0.3. After installation when pointed to the server with browser, I am unable to login with user id admin and with password created. I cross checked with setup.properties.last and it seems to be the same. I get the message "Please use correct username and password" Please look into it. Thanks Naga

How did you install 2.4.1? From deb package or with apt-get like doc?

using the following steps in the link https://www.gluu.org/docs/admin-guide/deployment/ubuntu/ # echo "deb https://repo.gluu.org/ubuntu/ trusty main" > /etc/apt/sources.list.d/gluu-repo.list # curl https://repo.gluu.org/ubuntu/gluu-apt.key | apt-key add - # apt-get update # apt-get install gluu-server-2.4.1

After I installed once using setup.py, I tried logging in I had the above mentioned problem.Then I tried installing again using setup.py and the problem persists

I wonder if your version of Ubuntu is correct. Is it 64-bit 14.04.2 ?

I couldn't reproduce the problem. Here are what I tried: - Took a new VM, installed Gluu Server 2.4.1 from scratch: No problem. - Using same VM, uninstalled previous Gluu Server version and installed 2.4.1 again: No issue. * http://pastebin.com/JhPVFJP8
