I am following the gluu docs ( https://gluu.org/docs/deployment/ubuntu-xenial/) for installing and configuring gluu. ( in ubuntu 16.04). After installing and running the setup.py script I still can't access the GUI (management console). Following are the details I entered. Enter IP Address [10.100.4.197] : 10.100.4.197 Enter hostname [bbrr.com] : ubuntu.gluu.info Enter your city or locality : Austin Enter your state or province two letter code : TX Enter two letter Country Code : US Enter Organization Name : Gluu Enter email address for support at your organization : support@gluu.org Enter maximum RAM for tomcat in MB [3072] : 3072 Optional: enter password for oxTrust and LDAP superuser [QhKrRyCAzAdZ] : ldapsu Install oxAuth OAuth2 Authorization Server? [Yes] : Install oxTrust Admin UI? [Yes] : Install Gluu OpenDJ LDAP Server? [Yes] : Install Apache HTTPD Server [Yes] : Install Shibboleth SAML IDP? [No] : Install Asimba SAML Proxy? [No] : Install CAS? [No] : Install oxAuth RP? [No] : hostname ubuntu.gluu.info orgName Gluu os ubuntu city Austin state TX countryCode US support email support@gluu.org tomcat max ram 3072 Admin Pass ldapsu Install oxAuth True Install oxTrust True Install LDAP True Install Apache 2 web server True Install Shibboleth SAML IDP False Install Asimba SAML Proxy False Install CAS False Install oxAuth RP False Proceed with these values [Y|n] Y . . . . . Gluu Server installation successful! Point your browser to https://ubuntu.gluu.info root@mydomain:/install/community-edition-setup# After going to the link given by the above, I received the following message from the browser(chrome ) Your connection is not private Attackers might be trying to steal your information from ubuntu.gluu.info (for example, passwords, messages, or credit cards). NET::ERR_CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID I went through that with unsafe mode and then I got just a blank screen in the following url : https://ubuntu.gluu.info/identity/ I added the hostname to /etc/hosts as well.

Do you see any interesting logs in /opt/tomcat/logs or /var/log/apache2 (in the container). Also you might try to restart it... exit the container and stop the gluu sever expicitly
