Error when creating a trust relatioship

When I click on 'Add Trust Relationships' in the GUI I get an error that says to contact a gluu administrator. When I look in the trust log I get a null NullPointerException error. [Trust Log](http://pastebin.com/n5Chm6a1)

Did you choose to install Shibboleth IdP when you were running setup.py? It's set to "No" by default. If yes, Please try restarting gluu container and let me know how it goes.

If the default was no, then I did not. Is there an easy way to add it after the setup has already been run?

No, You would have to re-install the setup.
