After successful install and configuration . Hi, William. I removed what seemed to be admin password from configuration you posted. If it was your real password, please note that community tickets are visible to all other users and be more careful next time. Please check [different logs](https://gluu.org/docs/gluu-defaults/logs/) inside the container, including Apache's logs, and provide any findings that will seem relevant to us.

1. Make sure `tcp/443` is open to this server 2. We have seen trouble with these amazon DNS names. I would use a hostname like `idp-test.vistracks.com` and update your DNS to point to the public IP address of the Amazon instance (or update the `hosts` file used by your laptop).

I have installed version 3.1.1 on Ubuntu 16.04 following instructions on the site. But I still got the same error when tried to access from a browser. Any suggestions on where I went wrong. Thank you.

Hi. I would suggest to create another ticket for that new issue with 3.1.1 package. Please also make sure you've met all our [system requirements](https://gluu.org/docs/ce/3.1.1/installation-guide/#system-requirements) first.
