Hello Gluu Team, I have installed Gluu 3.1.2 on a clean VM with Ubuntu Server 16.04 following the requirements in the docs. Everything went fine, but I can't access to the GUI through a web browser on my host machine. I can ping my VM with its own IP and port 443 is open. When I try to access https://VM_IP/identity, I get redirected to > https://sso/oxauth/restv1/authorize?scope=openid+profile+email+user_name&acr_values=auth_ldap_server&response_type=code+id_token&redirect_uri=https%3A%2F%2Fsso%2Fidentity%2Fauthentication%2Fauthcode&nonce=221e9776-5ff5-439b-a7be-cb2b5c10cade&client_id=%40%21B54B.ECD1.AEA3.5BC3%210001%211B68.FB39%210008%21A064.4297 The services apache2, identity, idp and oxauth are running. Where did I go wrong ? Thanks in advance, Pierre PS : I hope the Docker support will be soon ready, it will be much easier to setup a server.

Hi **Dupont**, We have some suggestion, 1. Restart the Gluu service 1. Clear browser cookies 1. Test again I have encountered similar behavior when using the same browser to access multiple Gluu server instance. Thanks, Gasmyr.

Hello, I restarted the VM and waited for the Gluu service to run. I'm now getting a green screen with "something wrong happened". In oxtrust.log, I found the error "Can not download ssl certificate". I restarted the identity service but it doesn't change. Thank you, Pierre

Hi Dupont, We need full log file, you can access that at this location ` /opt/gluu/jetty/identity/logs/ostrust.log`.

Hello Gasmyr, I found the origin of the second error : the VM was not rebooted on the same IP with DHCP. I reserved the installation address. I also completed my /etc/hosts on the host machine with the correct IP and I'm now able to connect to oxtrust. Thank you for your hints and your time. Maybe these informations should be added in the installation guide (adding the IP to /etc/hosts of the host) and in the FAQ (reserving the IP chosen during the installation) ? By the way, why Gluu needs its own IP address and can't use dynamic addresses ? Regards, Pierre

Hi Dupont, The dynamic address support is not yet implemented in Gluu server. The installation documentation has been updated. Tkanks, Gasmyr.
