I installed Gluu-Server-3.1.3 at an openstack based VM. The VM specification is more than the minimum requirements mentioned in the guidelines. After the installation, when I access the https://myHostName/, it gives me certificate exception. I added the exception and then it redirected to identity/login page, but display "We are having trouble finding your site". I uninstalled and re-installed but the problem persist. I am not sure, what I am doing wrong. Any guidance will be appreciative. Many thanks.

* Make sure you are using a FQDN. If necessary, update the hosts file on your workstation (the computer running your browser). * Did you check the date on the VM?

I also installed Gluu-Server-3.1.3 on physical machine running Ubuntu and facing the same problem. The output of /etc/hosts are as follows, ``` 127.0.0.1 localhost ::1 ip6-localhost ip6-loopback ff02::1 ip6-allnodes ff02::2 ip6-allrouters 10.20.151.49 gluutest.cpc.uow ``` What do you mean by checking the date?

The hostname looks ok. Just type `date` at the command line. If the date is really off, use ``` $ sudo ntpdate 1.ro.pool.ntp.org ```

Also, make sure you check all the logs: Apache web server logs, oxauth logs, oxTrust logs. And I'm also assuming you have 4GB of RAM.

The output of the date command, Thu 2 Aug 20:41:53 BST 2018 The oxauth and oxtrust logs are mostly warnings and information. However, the oxtrust_apachehc.log file is empty. The two log files are available at this link, https://www.dropbox.com/sh/q5zah2nbf2860tz/AAD2o-PJS_dPQhMlusUEKhJza?dl=0 and yes, the RAM is 4GB.

Hi Amjad, Oups open 8080 port also. 1. Log into gluu container 2. Run: service oxauth stop 3. Run: service identity start 4. The previous command output the log file path, if the command fail, send us that log file Thanks, Gasmyr.

Hi Gasmyr, Apologies for the delay. My problem has resolved. You can kindly close the ticket. [I think there were some problems with installations. I removed and did the installation again, which resolved the issue. Thanks] Regards,
