WebUI not loading

Hello, I'm aware it's a common issue, but none of the tickets I found did help me. The WEB-UI is not loading after a fresh install. I'm trying to install gluu server 3.1.3 on a CentOS 7. I have been following all the steps and didn't get any errors while installing. When I run start -> login of gluu service I get a welcome message: "Welcome to the Gluu Server!" and that's it, the host is not available at https://ce.gluu.info (Server not found). I can see it in /etc/hosts (10.0.2.15 ce.gluu.info), I can ping it. If I go to https://localhost:443 I get redirected to ce.gluu.info/identity and still get "Server not found" error

Are you referring to some specific log file? Where could I see it?

The initial problem was port 443 not opened. After opening the port the site was still unavailable, for some reason the /etc/hosts had no line for my hostname. After linking the original IP-address to ce.gluu.info the issue was resolved and I entered the admin console. Thanks
